The practice does not accept insurance and has opted out of Medicare. A detailed receipt and superbill — with appropriate diagnosis and visit codes — is provided after each visit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Fees & membership

Initial consultation: $1,500 — an in-depth review of the data you've sent and a discussion where we decide together if we want to move forward.
Annual membership: $5,000 per year. If we decide to move forward after the initial consultation, the yearly fee is due at that point and covers Dr. Kessler's ongoing direct access, small-panel care, and personal email follow-ups between visits.

Email is for non-medical messages

Dr. Kessler can't give medical advice or share medical information by email — anything clinical needs to live in your encrypted medical chart. Non-medical conversation, like scheduling an appointment or sharing an article, is welcome by email. Medical questions are addressed during a virtual visit so they become part of your medical record.
